Hazelnut Dukka

Dukka is an Egyptian spice blend based on nuts. It goes great on all grilled meats, vegetables, and is really awesome used on rice similar to a Japanese Furikake.

  • 1 cup hazelnuts, toasted, peeled, lightly ground

  • 1/2 cup coriander, toasted, coarse ground

  • 3 Tablespoons whole cumin seed, untoasted, coarse ground

  • 1 Tablespoon kosher salt

  • 1/4 cup sumac

  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted

  • Whisk together.
