Dukka is an Egyptian spice blend based on nuts. It goes great on all grilled meats, vegetables, and is really awesome used on rice similar to a Japanese Furikake.
1 cup hazelnuts, toasted, peeled, lightly ground
1/2 cup coriander, toasted, coarse ground
3 Tablespoons whole cumin seed, untoasted, coarse ground
1 Tablespoon kosher salt
1/4 cup sumac
1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted
