Who Are We, and What Do We Think We Are Doing?

That's a question we ask of ourselves constantly, but in the context of who we are as a corporate entity, we are just people who love making food and love seeing people smile, and we hope to change the way people look at life, through condiments.

Based out of Park City, Utah, our founder and chef Matthew Safranek lived in Germany as a youth and was lucky enough to explore much of Western Europe.  He has lived all over the United States, including Washington State, Maryland, Iowa, New York, and Massachusetts, and has visited much of the rest of the country.  He has a newborn daughter, a dog, and loves to snowboard, run, and eat too much.
